AOSA Search Committee Hires New Executive Assistant

The Association of Official Seed Analysts, Inc. (AOSA) is pleased to announce that Anita Hall has been hired as the new Executive Assistant. The AOSA Executive Assistant administers the day to day business of AOSA and provides support to the Executive Board as they set policy and direction for the Association.
Anita Hall will remain in her current position as the Executive Director of the Society of Commercial Seed Technologists, Inc. (SCST). The AOSA and SCST Executive boards believe that Anita's dual role of SCST Executive Director and AOSA Executive Assistant will reduce duplication between the associations, and will benefit both organizations and our affiliate organizations greatly.
During this transition period the AOSA Office will be closed until it opens again in New York on January 2nd. The new contact information for the AOSA Office is:

Little or no business will be conducted during the month of December but you may still inquire for information about publications and other issues through Anita after December 15. A smooth transition with minimal interruption of service is our goal.
The AOSA Executive Board would also like to take this chance to thank Janice Osburn for her years of dedicated service to AOSA - she has brought professionalism, dedication and stability to the AOSA Office. Jan will effectively be finished by January 1, 2009. We wish her well in her new position in Stillwater, Oklahoma!
